Being Interwoven
Interwoven Productions CIC is a horizontal organisation. That is we operate through a sociocratic model whereby each Associate has real power and agency over their own role and over how the company develops and grows.
By being an Interwoven Associate you will be able to bring your own passions and project proposals, seek the partnerships you need and then work together to find the right source of funding to make it happen. That way everyone stays engaged in the work that means the most to them - and gets paid for it!
Interwoven currently has Associate professionals of all kinds from creative, social care and education backgrounds - all pioneering a new way of working that is fit to meet the challenges of the 21st Century.
Squilometre commissions
Each Squilometre project is community-led but often the residents' Pod will ask us to help them find a professional artist or other specialist to work with them to make their project the best that it can be.
As an Interwoven Associate you will be in that pool of experts, available for community-commission. To work with our Squilometre communities you will need to:-

As an Interwoven Associate you will be in that pool of experts, available for community-commission. To work with our Squilometre communities you will need to:-
- Complete the Interwoven Induction
- Work according to a Consultancy Agreement and Interwoven Policy
- Demonstrate that you are registered as self-employed for tax purposes
- You will need Extended DBS clearance but if you have completed the above and we have a commission for you, then we can organise this for you.
